Q-1. Do you ship overseas?
Ans: Yes, we do. But the shipping charges will be charged actual.
Q-2. How can I pay for my order?
Ans: You can pay through Internet Banking, Debit/ Credit Cards, using gateways of PayU/ PayPal available on our website.
Q-3. In how many days I get my ordered goods?
Ans: In normal conditions, for products in ready stock you will receive your order in 5 to 7 business days. For products not in ready stock it may take 10 to 15 business days.
Q-4. How can I check the status of my order?
Ans: As we dispatch your order, we will surely share with you the tracking details via email/ Whatsapp. Using these details you can very easily check status of your order.
Q-5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Ans: We begin processing of orders as soon as we receive them, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to the orders.
Q-6. Can I exchange my order?
Ans: We do not facilitate exchanges. But, if you like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase of Item/s you want through our website. We will initiate refund for the returned product as soon as we receive it back.

Ans: If you are dissatisfied with the supplied product, you can surely return it to us within 7 days.
